Here at The Beaufort we’ve recently launched a set of pinterest boards; we really believe in the power of social media in this digital era and aim to use it as much as possible in communicating with our friends and guests. As some of you might already know, we recently ran a Twitter competition and also offer free WiFi throughout the hotel to all guests. So we like to think of ourselves as a “connected” hotel in every sense.
Our favourite thing about pinterest is that it helps our guests get a good idea of the different deluxe rooms and junior suites available at the hotel and we hope that it can help guests decide which room to stay in when making their booking. And remember, you can try our delicious complimentary cream tea in your room as well as in the lobby as well as a drink from our unlimited bar.
Our pinterest account not only contains images of the hotel, but the local area too. We like to engage with our local area and this includes well-known destinations like Harrods and the Knightsbridge locality in general. We’ve also uncovered some lovely images of London architecture as well as pictures of Hyde Park.
One of our favourite boards is the “London” board which features iconic images like Big Ben, London buses and the Grenadier Guards. We think this board is perfect for not only showing how beautiful London is but also to help inspire guests and London visitors to plan their trip visually.
The various boards are being updated all the time with images that not only encapsulate the hotel, but the local area too – check them out the next time you’re daydreaming about visiting London!
So we invite our past, present and future guests to discover our pinterest and let us know what you think!
